STRENGHS

Software Development.

I have been working for several years in different kind of software platforms like web, desktop or mobile. The thing that all my projects have is passion: the passion to solve the problem with minimum computational effort, to make a good and attractive widely accepted by the users, to help clients to grow thus giving them a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. I always spend time learning new things that contribute to make me a better programmer and cover general or particular needs.

Leadership.

Another thing that I love to do is helping my teammates to reach their full potential, not only in the software area but also in the personal one. I strongly believe that the most important aspects in a working relationship is the respect and fellowship. It is always crucial to share experience and listen mindfully what others say.

Fast learning.

A definition of learning: “to acquire knowledge of or skill in by study, instruction, or experience”. I’m always looking for an opportunity to learn something, and fortunately, I have noticed that I'm able to do it faster than others. Technology moves so fast that IT professionals need to keep up learning and using new tools. It is this ability which helps me adapt to any situation.

Working under pressure.

Since I was born, I have been working in this capacity: finishing my homework before the deadline, passing exams, shooting the last ball of the basketball match, releasing the software project on schedule. I'm able to stay focused no matter what is going around me and I'm sure such ability will help me to do great things in any place.

The framework's core features can be used by any Java application, but there are extensions for building simple, portable, fast and flexible JVM-based systems and Web applications. Hibernate ORM enables developers to more easily write applications whose data outlives the application process. As an Object/Relational Mapping (ORM) framework, Hibernate is concerned with data persistence as it applies to relational databases. In addition to its own "native" API, Hibernate is also an implementation of the Java Persistence API (JPA) specification.
